I eat oats everyday for lunch and use this recipe every time! It is packed full of nutrients, protein and essentials for increasing supply.
Oats Recipe for Milk Supply
2 Cups of Water
Pinch of Salt
3 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Cup of Oats (not instant oats)
3 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 Tbsp of Ground Flax Seeds
Splash of Vanilla Extract
3/4 Cup Frozen Cherries (or fresh fruit of choice)
Sweetener of Choice (Agave Nectar, Coconut Sugar or Maple Syrup) to taste **optional
In a pot on the stovetop set to high heat, add the water, salt, coconut oil and chia seeds. Wait until the water is boiling, reduce heat to low and add the oats. Add the rest of the items before the oats are done cooking. Stir & Enjoy!!
